A 19 year old girl, having very small vitiligo spots on face and other parts of body also, c/o pain over Lt side of chest, no fever, no rise in WBC COUNT, she is on methotrexate 7.5 mg once in a week for one year, and HCQ S 200 MG ONE DAILY FOR ONE YEAR, and local FFU CREAM, MSF, TACROLIMUS OINTMENT. X-RAY CHEST PA VIEW IS POSTED.
