One of my patient 11-year-old diagnosed with Wilson's disease has shifted to Bangalore. Can someone tell me where they can follow up? They are finding it difficult to procure d-penicillamine too. Here in Chennai ICH they can collect them monthly for free.

Can they approach government hospital or National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences? Please someone advice.
