A male patient, age 63 years is getting annular patches of redness and severe itching, especially on the legs in calf region infrequently for the last about 30 years. It developed for the first time at Nashik, Maharashtra. There is no history of any specific allergy. No aggravating factors. No history of spontaneous remission.

Interesting thing is that it does not respond to any local applications or oral medication including Steroids. It may sound weird or absurd if I take the courage to say that it has been responding to only one home remedy that is applying Lemon and common Salt on the lesions. Once treated, it has been recurring after irregular intervals irrespective of geographical location. What is the Spot Diagnosis and what will be the improvised treatment for the case?
