A child of 5 years old, 20 kg diagnosed with diabetes mellitus is under treatment. He is receiving insulin aspartate 4 units in the morning and after lunch, 10 units at bedtime.

DM is also not controlled with very high fasting levels around 350 and postprandial hypoglycemia. Please suggests.
