A 40 years female patient suddenly developed such lesions scattered all over the body. She is a case of RHEUMATOID arthritis for 18 months, under treatment with steroids. Suddenly, she stopped all treatment from the last 7 days. She has cough and dyspnoea from last one year also, she is suspected to have interstitial lung disease, scleroderma, sarcoidosis.

Her serum ACE LEVEL.....NORMAL. Please identify the lesions and guide me for further treatment. What has happened to the patient?
