A 50-year-old woman had hysterectomy one year ago. After one month of operation she developed this lesion of small size.I had asked for blood sugar, that turned out to be 444 mg fasting, which she was unaware. With insulin and OHA, DM controlled, anti fungal antibiotic ointment given. The result I don't know. From last one month, she is complaining of big painful boils over hips, abdomen, back.
Given antibiotics but they are recurrent. Today she showed this area c/o that it is increased to this size and getting bacterial infection too. Now blood sugar is 99 mg fasting and 144 mg pp. What is this lesion and what treatment required?
