A lady 45 years old with G3P3A0 presented with history of gradually developing both legs Varicose veins, limb swelling, heaviness, severe leg pains, dermato-sclerosis since her last delivery 17 years back. Also complaints prolapsed grade III hemorrhoids,occasional per rectal bleeding, dragging pelvic pains, noncyclical lower abdominal pains and PV Bleeding.
Incidently, Small 38.1x25.4mm intramural Uterine fibroid detected along Anterior myometrial wall on routine Abdominal ultrasound exam. What are the best line of managements and Surgical options in this case?
