A lady 45 years old with G3P3A0 presented with history of gradually developing both legs Varicose veins, limb swelling, heaviness, severe leg pains, dermato-sclerosis since her last delivery 17 years back. Also complaints prolapsed grade III hemorrhoids,occasional per rectal bleeding, dragging pelvic pains, noncyclical lower abdominal pains and PV Bleeding.
