A18 year girl, fever off and on for two months, Hb 6.8gm% ,spleen hard palpable 2cms below Lt costal margin, now developed cough with high grade fever once in night, at present on iv iron sucrose, and oral antimalarials for last three days. XRAY CHEST done today shows fine granular hazyness in both lower lungs.

Is these lung shadows are INDICATIVE of any disease? As patient is not responding.
