A mentally unstable woman told his family members that a psychiatrist molested her by giving sedation during consultation. Mob moved on assaulting the doctor, blackening his face, stripping and paraded around the street. Doctor is freed and sent into custody. Patient is sent for medical examination.
The IMA of state branch cancel the membership of the doctor. In this case,doctor was punished before confirmation of rape in medical report. What Is your opinion about this case whether it is justified or one should wait for report of medical examination.Kindly share .
