A 45 years man came with complain of food is sticking in middle of Chest from last five days. He was looking very sick due to unable to sleep in night, because of discomfort in chest. He used to come to me for treatment of acidity, GERD and epigastric discomfort very regularly and treated with ppi from last 15 years. This is because of, his job involves lifting trucks and other vehicles from Tamilnadu, and delivering in north India.
Non Alcoholic but heavy smoker. Non diabetic. Query is whether PPI is responsible for fungus or any other disease?
