Obesity is a complex, chronic, progressive, and relapsing disease requiring long-term management and treatment. 1,2 SURMOUNT-MAINTAIN was a randomized, double-blind, parallel-arm, placebo-controlled, Phase 3b trial in adults living with Obesity (BMI ≥30 kg/m 2 ), or overweight (BMI ≥27 kg/m 2 ) with at least one Obesity-related comorbidity, excluding diabetes.
