Osteoporosis leads to defective and fragile bones that quickly crack, even due to a slight slip, a knock, or a sneeze. Osteoporosis-related fractures may be life-threatening and a serious trigger of pain and long-term disability. As we know, menopause is one of the most common risk factors and the reason behind the high prevalence of osteoporosis in women.

The increasing rate of premature menopause, which eventually hampers bone health and the quality of life, is a global concern. Figure 1 describes the management of premature menopausal osteoarthritis.
