A lady of 21 years recently got admitted for stroke of right anterior cerebral artery occlusion with full blown hemiplegia. No cardiac lesion or carotid lesion noted. On blood examination important positive findings are: HDL cholesterol 14 mg/dl Lipoprotein A 28.4 mg/dl- (Lipoprotein(a) - Lp(a) Desirable: < 14 mg/dL (< 35 nmol/L) Borderline risk: 14 - 30 mg/dL (35 - 75 nmol/L)High risk: 31 - 50 mg/dL (75 - 125 nmol/L) Very high risk: > 50 mg/dL (> 125 nmol/L)) Lupus anticoagulant (LA1&LA2)  LA1 ( screening)   49.3  sec-  31 to 44  LA2 9confirm)  43.4   sec- 30 to 48  Ratio  1.13  weakly present 1.2 to 1.5 The test is done after starting on anti platelets.Anticardiolipin Antibody IgG and IgM are negative.
