Presenting complaints: A 4-year-old boy was presented with a white pupil, noticed by his parents about four months ago. Medical history: His first cousin suffered from an eye tumor. Ophthalmic examination: Redness of eyes Poor vision Eye swelling The clinician also observed a tumor in the left eye (Cover image), after which the eye was enucleated. The pupil was fixed and dilated with 360 degrees of ectropion uvea.
