A 23-year-old college going girl having BMI of 30 apparently healthy , worried about hyper pigmentation over back and sides of the neck which has since almost one year and increased in recent past. She has consulted some dermatologists in her native but no improvement. Her mother is more worried because of cosmetic reasons and thinking of daughter's marriage.
Sorry, I do not have picture of that. Can anybody diagnose this by the brief history and help in treatment? PS: I was thinking, it could be Acanthosis nigricans.
