A 57-year-old male presented with complaints of rectal bleeding, constipation, and a mass descending per rectum for the past six months. He reported no other constitutional symptoms or comorbid conditions. Physical examination Pale appearance Abdominal examination showed no palpable mass. Rectal examination revealed a mobile, firm polypoidal mass in the anterior wall (3โ4cm from the anal verge).
It bled on touch, and the upper limit could not be reached. Clinical investigations Hemoglobin: 7.9gms/dL Coagulation profile: Normal Renal and liver function tests: Normal Colonoscopy with biopsy showed spindle cell neoplasm.
