Six doctors and the management of a leading private hospital have been booked for medical negligence on the complaint of a Gurgaon resident. In his complaint, a resident of New Colony stated that his wife who was admitted to a private hospital last year in June, died in August owing to the negligence of doctors. The deceased, (48), had consulted in hospital last year on June 18 as she was having pain in lower abdomen and was advised to have her uterus removed by a laparoscopy procedure. Also, the doctors had informed her that they might conduct an operation in case the laparoscopy fails.
