A 65 years old lady, a case of Hypertension and severe CAD TVD, undergone CABG seven years ago, was on treatment with EF 25% {ccb, Carvedilol, torsemide, nitroglycerin, vitamins, ACE inhibitors} under my treatment from last 15 years. Today came to me for cough and restlessness, for last seven days, on examination BP not recordable and pulse very thin and crepitus in Rt scapular region.
X-ray chest shows cardiomegaly, and tubular shadow continuing in abdomen.TLC 12300/= Otherwise pt is able to move and walk. Is this an aortic dissection shadow?
