A 67-year-old retired obese man presented with pain in his left knee. The pain developed on the knee is insidious in onset. Moreover, it is pricking in nature, with a pain score of 3/10, with no radiation. The pain aggravated while walking and climbing stairs and was relieved by rest. However, it increased to a score of 7/10 for the past two months.
This pain Is associated with a limited range of movement of the knee. Currently, the pain is reduced to 2/10. He also has a similar complaint in his right knee, milder than the left knee.
