Thirty eight year female , diagnosed case of right carcinoma Breast (T2N1M0, ER +ve, PR +ve and Her 2 neu negative) was on Tamoxifen 20mg OD for the last 18 months after surgery. On routine Ultrasound pelvis the endometrial thickness was 14 mm. She has completed chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
Endometrial biopsy was negative for intraepithelial/malignancy. FSH was 11.29mIU/ml and LH 5.9 mIU/ml (both – premenopausal level). She has menses occasionally, what is the best course of action for this patient?
