Case presentation A female second twin was born to a 39- year-old mother at 29 weeks of gestation through a cesarean section due to restricted intrauterine growth of the second fetus. Infant details Birth weight - 645 grams APGAR score - 9 at both 1 and 5 minutes The infant was admitted to the NICU.
