A 20-year-old man was brought to the ED by the police after he was found sitting in the middle of traffic on a road. He stated that some voices told him to do so. He further claimed that there were two or three voices talking, and they predominantly commented on his behavior. He said that for the past year he has felt that “people are not who they say they are.” He denied any drug addiction. He was a non-smoker but had smoked marijuana in the past. His speech was of the normal rate, rhythm, and tone. He appeared nervous in his surroundings, pacing around the examination room with his back to a wall.
