Mild adjecent T2 hyperintensity edema. Mass effect as described S/O Neoplastic lesion like Glioma. On HPE FROZEN SECTION REPORT- Low grade Glioma. Polycystic astrocytoma. ependymoma.
Microscopy & Diagnosis:- Pilomyxoid astrocytoma (WHO grade II) Rt thalamic. Now Oncologist is not advising for radiotherapy cause of his age, suggestive age for radiotherapy is more than 3yrs. Even chemo also not suggestive. Oncologist says there is no meaning of chemo cause of too much low dose. SO WHAT NEXT? Should they try alternative medicine or go for any other option?
