Case A 29-year-old male patient (smoker) with no significant clinical history, complained a painless mass in the right breast for 2 weeks before hospital admission. He denied any history of trauma. Clinical examination A retro-areolar painless lump (about 1 × 1 cm in diameter) was observed Complete blood count was within normal range Excisional biopsy through a periareolar skin was performed. Histopathology revealed a 1.3 × 1 × 0.4-cm mass, with clusters of inflammatory cells (including lymphocytes, neutrophils, epithelioid histiocytes and giant cells) surrounding a cyst-like lesion lined by squamous cells was found.
