Case presentation A 22-year-old man was presented to the hospital after getting injured in a soccer game. He complained of acute left knee pain. Examinations Vital examination revealed normal signs. The primary investigation showed abnormal left knee contour presented as anterolateral prominence below the knee. Physical examination presented strong, palpable pedal pulses and multiphasic Doppler signals. The left knee had intact sensational distal.
Range of motion test and ligamentous stability were not performed due to the patient's discomfort. A radiography examination revealed knee dislocation without any bone breakage.
