History A 29-year-old female was referred by a team of neurosurgeons as she complained of hearing music for a one-week duration. When she was admitted she had sudden onset of severe headache. Physical Examination Examination of the patient revealed intraventricular and intracranial hemorrhages. Following the evacuation of hemorrhage, the patient made full recovery. Thereafter, the patient heard music once again a week after the evacuation surgery. The songs which she heard were familiar to her.

Songs she heard were of increased volume and distorted. Other than that, she reported no delusion or hallucination of other modalities. She had a clear consciousness and was well oriented in place, time, and person.
