Case: 70-year-old male presents with severe pain in left eye, tearing, photophobia and blurry vision after being kicked in the eye by his grandson 2 hours ago. He feels foreign body sensation in his left eye. However, he did not have mucus discharge or flashing lights experience. He underwent cataract surgery 3 years ago. Ocular examination revealed no abnormality in IOP, visual acuity, pupils, and in extraocular movements.
