A 9-month-old female child was brought with rashes all over body since 9-10 days. Rash was initially maculopapular to start with, later became nodular, no pustule, no vesicles, a/w pruritis, distributed all over body sparing scalp nd oral mucosa.

She is having fever, cough, cold since 1 day. Please suggest management for this case.
