Diagnosing psychiatric and psychological conditions is a challenge, especially when a patient presents with a plethora of symptoms. Given the close similarity between several psychiatric and genetic disorders, the process becomes increasingly difficult. The psychiatrist and the psychologist should, therefore, be very vigilant in accurately diagnosing such disorders. We hereby present a similar case where accurate diagnosis is a challenge. Case Presentation A 14-year-old boy presented to a child psychiatrist with complaints of auditory hallucinations for the past 2 years.
