The 44-year-old female presented with severe low back pain. On clinical examination, a lumbar subcutaneous mass of 5 Cm X 3 Cm size was detected besides the loss of sensorium of the left leg. The mass was Clinically diagnosed as Neurofibroma/ Lipoma. MRI study of the Lumbo-Sacral spine including SI Joints reveals heterogenous lobulated soft tissue mass lesion in right paraspinal fat at L4 level with heterogeneous enhancement, surrounding streakiness and fascial thickening.

Suggested HP correlation rule out soft tissue neoplasm like Peripheral nerve sheath tumour/ dermatofibrosarcoma protuberance. There are multilevel disc protrusions in the lumber predominantly at L3-L4 level. What is the treatment in this case?
