A 32-year-old female with a two-year history of chronic headaches presented to a gynecologist for evaluation of her symptoms. The headaches were frontal and throbbing in nature and occurred a few times in a week to daily. Furthermore, she was suffering from intermittent nausea that was sometimes associated with headaches. Clinical History In addition to headaches, the patient had milky breast discharge for one year.
Initially, there was discharge only with the manual expression, but presently, the discharge was spontaneous. She had irregular menses, and her last menses was five to six months prior to the above presentation. Due to irregular menses, milky breast discharge, and headaches, her daily life had been disrupted, and her generalized anxiety disorder worsened.
