Case Presentation A 40-year-old female with a history of hypertension and ischemic cardiomyopathy (status post–percutaneous coronary intervention 12 years prior) presented to the emergency department with acute severe chest and epigastric pain. One month earlier, she had undergone insertion of an intragastric balloon for weight loss.
