A 23 yr old patient complains of diffuse body pains since past 3 months. On investigating found to have Vit d deficiency and hypothyroidism. On correcting both her symptoms didn't improve. She still complains of diffuse body pains and specifically she complains of pain in neck radiating to her rt upper limb. Her urine culture is negative, the total count is 11000.
Cue is normal, TSH 2 weeks back before starting levothyroxine was 50.56, vitamin d before starting treatment 12.5. HB is 10.5gm, she also complains of a headache since past three months. CT brain is also normal . What can be the cause of her pains?
