Case presentation Presenting complaints: A two-year-old boy was presented with a complaint of a palpable mass below the neck on the left side. However, the patient had no complaints of any pain or pruritis. Medical History: The mass was first noticed one month before the presentation and had been slowly increasing in size. The patient also reported intermittent low-grade fevers. Physical Examination: The mass was present at the superior aspect of the left sternoclavicular joint.

It demonstrated a mobile, firm, mildly compressible bump. Radiological Investigations: Β  Chest X-ray revealed no lytic or blastic lesions of the sternum, clavicle, or scapula.
