Among the various types of mesenchymal differentiation, osseous metaplasia is the rarest. Its management mainly involves surgical resection of the tumor. However, surgery often becomes difficult due to the ossification and adherence to the spinal cord. This article presents a case of psammomatous thoracic spinal meningioma with osseous metaplasia that was managed with laminectomy.

Case presentation A 55-year-old female with normal blood pressure and diabetes presented with numbness and tingling sensation in her lower limbs for one year.
