A 37-year-old male presented with a gradual decline in cognitive functions for the last three years. His frequent forgetfulness hampered his work life, which led him to change jobs. Two years ago, he started developing apraxia and apathy. His disorientation increased to an extent where he was unable to reach home from work, he began speaking to himself and he was fired from his job due to his forgetfulness. The patient tested negative for any immunodeficiency or syphilis. His laboratory findings were normal. Brain MRI (Images A and B) and PET imagining (Images C and D) have been provided.
