A 27year-old Japanese man was admitted to ICU during an episode of seizure having a history of impaired vision for a year with general fatigue for 3 months. Giant PRLomas are dangerous for neurological health and the treatment of the same requires extra vigilance, to deal with various side effects compromising improvement in normal functioning. This case defines a condition where treating PRLoma leads to epileptic seizures. Medical History: Mild developmental mental retardation. 1 year of Bilateral vision impairment.
