Dear colleagues,1 month back, a female pt aged 23 come to opd with complaints of acne on face and neck. I prescribed azithromycin 250 for week and clindamycin and adaplene. But after 1 week she didn't got any response, at the same time she had pain, itching and burning sensation. So I gave even gabapentin to decrease pain but no result.

She is done with hystectomy at the age of 18. So is it due to hormonal imbalnce or some thing else? Thyroid is normal.
