11 year old male patient complaints of uncontrollable pain while Air travel. History of ear infection earlier with could not hear unless speak loudly.

Now there is no issue with hearing patient is using cotton and covers ears as closely as possible while air travel. But still painng which makes him.to avoid rather fear of air travel Any specific treatment?
