Publication synopsis  The most commonly described technique of modified B-Lynch suture may not be suitable for all the patients presenting with flabby, atonic uterus. In developed countries, it accounts for 0.1% of maternal deaths and is responsible for approximately yearly deaths of around 125,000 women all over the world. The current publication synopsis reveals a retrospective analysis study of modification of original technique of B-Lynch suture in the operated patients of uncontrolled Post-Partum Hemorrhage (PPH). One of the leading causes of maternal morbidity and mortality is a postpartum hemorrhage.
