I encounter a female patient age- 30 years, with chest pain localised to left side since more than 4 months. Ruled out all the s/s s/o Angina, other causes like Pneumonia, local herpes rash, costochondritis, h/o trauma etc. CXR PA views findings within the normal limit. ECG does not show any significant finding.
Nowadays, Sudden Cardiac Arrest found commoner in any age group. So, thought of advising her of Angiography. Is there any other single test/step by step series of tests which may detect heart perfusion instead of invasive & costly angiography?
