There was an 80-year-old male patient with sharp margins of left lower first molar. On visual inspection, the patient was found to be in full dentition which made me very happy for the patient. On examination, the left lower molar was eroded and sharp and right upper central incisor was notched at the incisal area.

All his teeth were yellowish and a small amount of calculus was present. The patient was suffering with knee pain and found it difficult to come to us. Treatment was planned and given to him.
