Klinefelter syndrome (KS) (47XXY) can be broadly defined as a chromosomal condition in boys and men. The syndrome affects the physical and intellectual development of the patient and is usually characterized by infertility. However, an interesting case was observed when a patient with KS was confirmed for paternity by human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-typing.
