A 25-year woman presented with G2P1A0L1, prev.1 LSCS and 28 weeks of amenorrhea. No previous ANC was taken from our hospital. O\E: P/A: Uterus: Unduly enlarged, No fetal part was palpable, FHS: regular, prev. healthy scar. USG s/o single intrauterine fetus of 28 weeks of gestation, the breech in presentation, and mass arising from a sacroccygeal region, not extending into abdomen and pelvis with severe polyhydramnios.

Patient and relatives explained about fetal condition and outcome, they decided to continue a pregnancy. Due to the rapid increase in the size of uterus and liquor and unbearable stretching pain over scar emergency LSCS was done at the gestational age of 32 weeks.
