A G2P10 with h/o first LSCS for post-term IUD with malpresentation for which she was operated in Jan 2015. At present, she is 24 weeks pregnant and she has a cervical length of 2.8 cm and INT OS 2mm.

She is a k/c/o bicornuate uterus. I would like to have your suggestion regarding her antenatal management, any role of cervical cerclage.
