A 44-year-old man suddenly fell down and struck his head . On the next day, he visited the emergency department of a local hospital and attributed the cause of this sudden fall to extreme weakness and fatigue . He developed a sore throat one week ago, fatigue and weakness persisted since.
The patient did not report any other neurological/vision/sensory changes, focal motor weakness, headache, and dizziness. His intake of fluid and nutrient was normal.
