Dear Doctors, I would like to know what appointment system do you all follow at your clinic for patients appointment and number. ( My question is for Solo Clinic Doctors). What are your rules and regulations regarding your system?

I am considering to start providing number to patients over the  phone to avoid discomfort to them. Till now , my system was "First come , First Serve, No appointment on phone". I need your experiences, conveniences and inconveniences with your current system.
