Astroblastoma is a rare glial tumor frequently occurring in children and defined by histological criteria as low or high-grade. With few experts, the prognosis and appropriate treatment is not well defined. Hence, undoubtedly, astroblastoma remains one of the most challenging and problematic tumors to diagnose and treat among all nervous system cancers.
