A 67-year-old man was presented with asymptomatic tortuous swellings on the undersurface of the tongue since 1 year. There was no complaint of bleeding from the site. On examination, dilated tortuous reddish vessels were seen along the lateral portions of undersurface of the tongue. No other mucosae and skin surface showed a similar change. He had no systemic complaints or past history of any major illnesses.
