A 40-year-old primigravida with triplet gestation was referred to an OB/GYN specialist. The patient’s pregnancy was result of assisted reproductive technology (in vitro fertilization with transfer of 2 frozen embryos). Earlier USG revealed a dichorionic, tri-amniotic pregnancy, with fetuses A and B sharing a placenta.
